The 2024 model s was the car that put Tesla on the map as a force to be reckoned with in the luxury EV segment. The 2024 model year brings a modest refresh to the Model S that includes a larger, 17-inch infotainment touchscreen that now can tilt to face you and even supports a tablet for back seat passengers (although that feature is not yet activated). Other than the new touchscreen, the interior is otherwise similar to previous models.

While the Model S has a number of standard safety features, it is yet to receive crash-test evaluations from either the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. It does come with a comprehensive suite of active safety features, though.
